IndusTerra coordinates producer-sourced products from Pakistan and manages the buyer experience from Krakow. Shipping times and handling details are shown per product because shoes, bags, sports goods, and salt items have different packaging needs.
International Shipping
We work to keep prices fair while choosing producers and shipping methods that protect product quality. Delivery costs and timing are shown clearly before an order is confirmed.
Estimated transit time is 7-14 working days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn items. The customer pays return shipping. If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us with photos so the case can be handled separately.
Customs & Import Charges
Some countries may add VAT, duty, or customs fees when the parcel arrives. If a fee applies, the local courier or customs office will collect it from the buyer.
