IndusTerra is a Krakow-based brand that sources selected products from producers in Pakistan and coordinates the buyer experience for European and international customers. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is used.
When you contact us or place an order through a marketplace such as Etsy, we receive the details needed to fulfil that order: your name, delivery address, contact details, and order contents. We do not collect payment card details directly; payments are processed by the marketplace or payment provider you buy through.
Your information is used only to prepare and ship your order, provide customer support, handle returns or exchanges, and meet legal, tax, and customs requirements. Delivery and shipping details are shared with the producer and courier responsible for shipping your order.
IndusTerra integrates with marketplaces including Etsy to manage listings and orders. When we connect to a marketplace API, we access only the shop and order data needed to create and manage our own listings and fulfil our own orders. We do not access, store, or share other sellers' or buyers' data. Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the parties needed to deliver your order (producer, courier, customs authorities) and with service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations.
We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle any returns, and meet accounting and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
